How far in advance should I order?+

We recommend submitting your request at least 1–2 weeks before your event. Larger orders, holidays, and weekends fill up faster, so the earlier the better. If your event is sooner, send a request anyway — we'll do our best to fit it in.

Do you deliver?+

Yes! Golden Whisk delivers locally so your treats arrive fresh and ready for your celebration. Pickup is also available if you prefer.

What areas do you deliver to?+

Free delivery is included within 10 miles of our home kitchen. We can usually deliver up to 25 miles for a small mileage fee. If you're not sure whether you're in our area, just ask on your order request and we'll let you know.

Can treats be customized?+

Absolutely — that's our favorite part. You can choose the treat type, theme, colors, flavors, and any special touches. Just share your ideas (or even an inspiration photo) on your order request and Nathan will build a design plan for you.

Can you handle allergies?+

We can offer nut-free and dairy-free options on many treats — please share allergy details on your request so we can plan ahead. Note that our home kitchen does handle wheat, dairy, eggs, and nuts, so we can't guarantee a fully allergen-free environment.

How is pricing determined?+

Pricing depends on the treat type, quantity, design complexity, and any special requests. After you send your request, we'll reply within 48 hours with a clear quote so you know exactly what to expect — no surprises.

Do I pay when I submit the request?+

No payment is collected when you submit the form. After we confirm details and send your quote, a 50% deposit is due to lock in your date, and the balance is due a few days before delivery.

What happens after I submit an order request?+

You'll get a confirmation that your request was received. Within 48 hours, Nathan will follow up by email to confirm availability, share pricing, and finalize the design. Once you approve and pay the deposit, your spot is booked and we get baking!
